Commercial Land Development
Utilising commercial land holdings to create economic development opportunities is important to Te Rarawa. To advance these opportunities, Te Waka Pupuri Pūtea has developed a high level land use strategy.
Our primary approach will be to optimise existing commercial land holdings and leverage them to develop other land-based opportunities. Increased collaboration across Māori-land holdings is potentially a significant opportunity within the rohe of Te Rarawa and Te Hiku o Te Ika.
