Online and Postal voting: Closes at 5.00 pm, Friday the 13th March, 2026
Ballot lodgements: Closes at 12pm (midday), Saturday 14th March 2026

Venue: Te Rūnanga o Te Rarawa Head Office - 16 Matthews Avenue, Kaitāia
The office will be open solely for the receipt pf ballot papers. All submissions mu be received by the stated closing time.
The announcement of the Chairperson election result will take place at the Te Rūnanga o te Rarawa Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held on Saturday the 21st of March, 2026.
Time start is 9.00am at Toka Tumoana Building, 22-24 Matthews Avenue, Kaitāia.
