Notice is given that a Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held to consider and vote on proposed amendments to the Trust Deed of Te Rūnanga o Te Rarawa as required to ensure compliance with the Māori Fisheries Amendment Act 2024.

Resolution:
“That the Adult Te Rarawa Members of Te Rūnanga o Te Rarawa resolve to accept the proposed amendments to the Te Rūnanga o Te Rarawa Trust Deed as set out in the proposed version of the Trust Deed circulated, tabled and discussed at the Special General Meeting on 29th August 2026, to take effect immediately”.
Voting will be conducted by way of a show of hands at the SGM
