Change of Annual General Meeting date
Please also be advised that the Annual General Meeting for Te Rūnanga o Te Rarawa has been rescheduled for 21st March 2026 at Toka Tumoana 24 Matthews Avenue, Kaitaia, at which time the elected Chairperson will be formally announced.
New Arrangements for Ballot Delivery:
- Venue: Te Rūnanga o Te Rarawa Head Office, 16 Matthews Ave
- Closing Time for Ballot Lodgement: 12:00pm (midday) on 14 March 2026
- The office will be open specifically for receiving ballot votes only.
- All ballot papers must be received by the abovementioned closing time.
Change of Venue for Receipt of Ballot Votes
Te Rūnanga o Te Rarawa advises all registered members that the venue for receiving ballot votes for the Chairperson Election has changed. Ballot votes must now be lodged by 12pm (noon) on Saturday, 14 March 2026, at the offices of Te Rūnanga o Te Rarawa, 16 Matthews Avenue, Kaitāia.
This notice is being issued to maintain transparency and to ensure that no members are disadvantaged or prevented from submitting their votes as a result of the venue change.
