What is Māhuru?
Māhuru is a new subdivision in Kaitaia, Donalds Road, consisting of 3- and 4-bedroom homes with 8 homes dedicated and designed for accessible living.
Our aim is to support and help whānau into healthy homes, provide stability, and whānau wellbeing, recognising the importance of safe and secure housing for whanau.
Who is Māhuru for?
Māhuru is for registered Te Rarawa whānau, with a focus on strengthening housing outcomes and supporting whānau aspirations now and into the future.
How can whānau get involved
• Complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) form
• Te Rarawa Iwi Membership number
• Proof of reliable income
