Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Manager
Purpose:
To develop, articulate, and implement strategies and policies that shape and support the delivery of service. To lead and support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety systems across Te Rūnanga o Te Rarawa group. This role ensures that all kaimahi, contractors, and manuhiri are safe and supported in their mahi, in alignment with both legislative requirements and Te Rarawa tikanga.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Commitment to kaupapa Māori and the values of Te Rarawa.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Competency in digital tools for reporting and documentation.
