
Project Manager - BDM & Insurance
Purpose of this role
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage all aspects of assigned projects, particularly those involving insurance claims and business development. This includes scoping, estimating, scheduling, client liason, financial management, and compliance, with the objective of delivering high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in Project Management with a strong focus on insurance jobs.
- Demonstrated Business Development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic planning.
- High-level contract management skills.
- Building cost estimation skills.
- Financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of insurance processes, claims handling, and industry best practices.
Desirable Attributes:
- Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience working with insurance companies or handling insurance claims.
- Sales or business development training.
