TE RARAWA IWI MEMBERS NOTICE
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR CHAIRPERSON 2026
Nominations are now called for Chairperson of Te Rūnanga o Te Rarawa.
Each nomination must be submitted by an affiliated adult (18+) Te Rūnanga o Te Rarawa member, be signed by the candidate, and include the name of the Hapū Marae endorsing the nomination.
Nominations cannot be withdrawn after they are received.

Nominations close at noon on Friday the 28th November 2025.
Where more than one valid nomination is received, an election will be held amongst the Affiliated Adult Members of Te Rarawa by postal and online voting and by ballot box at the Annual General Meeting. Details of that meeting will be published following the receipt of all nominations.

Te Rūnanga also invites anyone who has not already done so, aged 18 years and over and with Te Rarawa whakapapa, to apply to be included on the Iwi Affiliation database for Te Rarawa members.
